HorseFil Blog: Label Guides and Research Notes
The HorseFil blog explains the gummies in plain words. Posts cover the six ingredients the brand names, what research doses look like next to a gummy, and how to read a men's supplement label that leaves amounts out. Every claim links to its source.

How we write the HorseFil blog
We write for adults who want plain answers before they spend money. Every article starts from the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle. When the label does not print a number, we say "not published" and do not guess.
Research claims link straight to the study or to a federal health page such as NCCIH or the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. We read what we link. If a study was done in people with a medical condition, we say so, because results in a patient group do not carry over to a healthy adult taking drops at home.
| What you will find | What you will not find |
|---|---|
| Label amounts, word for word | Invented milligram amounts |
| Links to the studies we read | Made-up doctors or reviewers |
| Honest dose comparisons | Promises of results or timelines |
| The cheaper pack when it fits | Fake countdowns or pressure |
